Update to Catalina after hardware upgrade (z370/i7-9700k/5700XT)

After 5 years since last successful Haswell Hackintosh build I've decided that time has come. Shaking my wallet a bit on Black Friday and I got a marvellous hardware set!

• Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z370-A II
• CPU: Intel Core i7 9700k
• GPU: Sapphire 5700 XT Nitro+
• RAM: 2 x Crucial 3200 8 GB
• SSD: 2 x Samsung EVO 860
• Case: my old an lovely Chieftec Libra LF-01B

Also tried to gather my new Hackintosh experience to a short tutorial and post it to GitHub with my comments and actual EFI folder.
