Fenvi T919 - Bluetooth semi-works, Wi-Fi not so much

Hello,

I have just received a Fenvi T919, a network card that is supposedly plug and play, however, this has not been my experience. The bluetooth portion semi works, however, handoff and other Mac features don't work.

Bluetooth Low Energy Supported: Yes

Handoff Supported: No

Instant Hot Spot Supported: No

As well as this, I am unable to use the wireless functions at all, as it is not recognised or anything, and doubling down on that problem, I can't install wireless drivers in Windows (they crash as soon as I attempt to install, this is probably an issue with my Winblows install..)

I am using OpenCore and AMD-OSX:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MSI B450M Gaming Plus
