Graphics issues

Hardware:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G

Motherboard: Gigabyte AB350-D3V

RAM: Adata XPG 8GB 1x8gb 3000MHz

GPU: Gigabyte RX 580 8GB

And I'm stuck here. Tried turning on or off Above 4G decoding in bios with no effect.
