What is the easiest program to "control/display/mirror" my Android phone from my Mac?

I want to be able to use my mouse and keyboard and display of Mac to control my android phone. Is there a program that is super simple that makes this work...... I'm not the most tech savvy

I tried using scrcpy via homebrew and couldn't get it to work. I followed the directions and I don't know if I did something wrong or what. I am not good with the computer science related stuff.
