Can i use Xcode properly on a Ryzen Hackintosh?

CPU: 3600x, GPU: RX580, MB: Asus B450-F
I need a computer for iOS development as my old macbook is dead and i can't afford a new one.
What applications are incompatible with Ryzen Hackintosh? Can i use Xcode without any problem?
