OpenCanopy.efi installed but not showing/working.

Hardware:

• CPU: 9700k
• GPU: 1080ti FE
• RAM: 16gb Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz
• Motherboard/Laptop model: MSI 390 a-pro
• Opencore 0.6.1
• High Sierra 17G14019

• What part I got an issue with: Tried installing OpenCanopy.efi but it fails to load GUI, only shows text bootloader. Tried fixing it by reseting the NVRAM which broke my install and i had to reinstall/recreate the installer from scratch. (Installed in April with 0.5.7, lost usb installer) Finally got back to where i was and even used OC 0.6.1 this time and am still having the same problem.
• What files/config I am using: Here's my EFI and Config.plist, checked it a few times but please point out any obvious errors.

• Extra Info: [Add something you need to point out about your setup] Also tried setting Timeout to 0 to at least have longer to choose but changing this seems to have no effect. This could indicate something is wrong with reading the config.plist?
