How does Mac OS handle dual Intel Xeon E5 2640 V3?

I’ve been looking for a more powerful hackintosh and I’ve always wanted a dual CPU configuration. I already have the cpus and the RAM just need a dual socket motherboard (already have a single). Also how does MacOS handle the Intel C612 chipset?
