I want to verify, RTX 3080 disabled or not ? It is in PCIe slot 1 | used SSDT method to disable it !

Hello,

I have RTX 3080 in PCIe slot 1 and I have disable by SSDT method, and GT710 in second slot which I have using it in MacOS.

here is the screenshot of both PCIe slot where it shows in PCIe slot 1 as GPU and No Kext loaded. I just want to verify that it is disable or not ? if it disable then why its power on/fan running ? bcz in windows while my pc is idle fan stop automatically. I just want to save electricity :)
