[Big Sur 11.3] Kernel panic at SMCSuperIO ssio: @ starting up SuperIO

[Big sur 11.3] Booting problem

I've been using it for almost 5 months already. Started from Catalina, updated to Big Sur through the Software Update. I also updated my Opencore to 0.7.0 and kexts before doing so. Just this morning, it got stuck at progress bar 0% in the Apple Loading screen. So I went verbose mode and found this:

Before deleting SMCSuperIO.kext

I tried disabling SuperIO in my bios, still the same thing. I deleted SMCSuperIO.kext, I went past it but got this with a kernel panic:
