I am a Dev, will this card work for my iOS Emulator...

Will the GT 710 with 2GB ram for 57 Euros work? Will it be enough to run macOS Smoothly and an iOS Emulator? I am getting this as an addition to my RTX 2080, and my PC is good enough to handle macOS.
