Need help setting up Big Sur on Acer F5-573G

Hey guys, I finally installed Big Sur on my Acer laptop, the specs as follow:

CPU: Intel i5 7200UGPU: HD620 and GT 940MX (only use iGPU)RAM: 12GB DDR4Laptop Make and Model: Acer F5-573G-55PJAudio Codec: Realtek ALC 255Ethernet Card: Realtek RTL 8168/8111Wifi/BT Card: Atheros QCA 9377 (won't work, might replace later)Touchpad: ElanBIOS revision: InsydeH2O

And this is my EFI tree:

Right now I'm trying to fix the following issues:

  1. LAN connection is really slow, I have another Hackintosh machine that reaches up to 90Mbps but the laptop can only do 5Mbps.
  2. HDMI port somehow recognized I think but no signal and I really need that port to work as well since I have a lot of windows
  3. Touchpad not recognized in setting, gesture sort of works, touch not working have to use hardware click instead.
  4. VGA port works and I can connect a 1280x1024 display. It works fine but then sometimes got stuck at 1024x768 after waking up from sleep, which then can be fixed by put it to sleep a few more times.
  5. Screen flickers at boot and after login

Extra question:

  1. Is there any way to control the fan speed on a Hackintosh laptop? I used NotebookFanControl when I was on Windows

Any help, guidance, or insight is greatly appreciated!

P/s: first post here so if I missed anything, please shout it out
