No more bluetooth debug menu in Monterey? Bluetooth woes with Apple's own cards

I been testing Monterey and all is fine except for bluetooth.

I only use Apple Airport cards and while most things work it has a tendency to "forget" paired devices and after waking up, more times than not the bluetooth device is gone from the system, like gone. I have to reboot before it shows up in usb devices again.

I wanted to reset the bluetooth module as part of testing but I noticed holding down shift+alt and clicking on the bluetooth icon no longer reveals the debug options. Have they been moved or need another key combo?

I understand 3rd party cards have bluetooth issues but it seems first party cards do too.
