Dell Optiplex 7040 OC 0.7.2 - Big Sur - ACPI

Hi Guys

I have a dell optiplex SFF that I m trying to turn into a hackintosh machine using opencore 0.7.2

i5 6500HD 530256 NVMe SSDIntel I219-LMDell Optiplex SFF 7040

I am stuck on boot up. It seems as ACPI problem from what I am seeing, check below photo.

RHUB.S11 failure

USBInjectAll enabled with XHCIPortLimit: True

Things I ve tried:

• I have tried patching my DSDT and tried removing HS11 device completely from DSDT
• I have tried SSDT-USB-Reset.aml, SSDT-UIAC-ALL.aml, SSDT-RHUB.aml unfortunately none worked.
• Disabled several USB ports from BIOS

All with the same error.

I am really lost at this point. open to any suggestions?
