I own a MacBook Pro (2014) running Catalina. I also brought an Intel NUC Hades Canyon this year to learn Linux on but more specifically because of how easy it is to install MacOS via HaC mini. This is intended to replace my older Mac mini (2011)
In this NUC I have 2 Nvme drives. Until I get the Apple WiFi card/adapter in, is it fine/possible to be “dual booting” my current Linux (Pop OS) with MacOS on the 2nd drive? PopOS doesn’t use grub but I can just switch between them from the BIOS right?
I’ve never Hackintoshed before & everything I try to Google about this leads to “dual boot = Windows”
PS should I get the installer for Big Sur for it or stick with Catalina?
