Intel Core i5-10500+MSI MAG B460 MORTAR (MOBO)+Intel UHD 630 On macOS 11.5.2 (20G95)

Hi All,

I am glad to be able to show you all my new Hackintosh!

Screenshot!

I built this Hackintosh on a budget of £350 and it is decent for the money! As you can see from the Title, I have no dGPU! just the Intel Integrated Graphics. This is because the GPU market is stupidly ugly and GPUs that are 4 Years old are going for around £200-£300!

Here are my Full Specs:

CPU Intel Core i5-10500 @ 3.1GHz (Max Turbo: 4.5GHz)
Motherboard MSI MAG B460 MORTAR (LGA1200 Socket)
RAM Crucial CT8G4FRA266 8GB (1x8GB) 2666MHz
GPU(s) Intel UHD 630 Comet Lake Refresh
Storage -Kllisre 256GB NVMe SSD (macOS) Crucial BX500 250GB SSD (Wndows) yes i bought it of AliExpress and it has similar performance to Samsung 980 EVO for like half the price xD
Ethernet Realtek RTL8125B 2.5GB NIC Sadly only runs at 100BaseT due to the Firmware (READ below)
Audio Codec Realtek ALC1200
WiFi/BT BCM94360CS2 (Adapted to X1 PCIe Slot)
SMBIOS iMac20,1
Opencore Version 0.7.0

There are a couple of things that need to be addressed:

1- Ethernet!
--For some reason, many Comet Lake MSI Boards that Ship with Realtek 2.5GB NICs come with weird Firmwares that don't communicate well with LucyRTL8125Ethernet.kext. Although this can be resolved by doing a Firmware Update using Windows. I haven't come around to doing it yet and will update this thread after i do it to see if it resolves the Issue.

Other than that, there is nothing that is really wrong with the build, i managed to get iServices Working Fully as well as WiFi, Bluetooth, USB mapping, Full GPU acceleration and CPU power management. Sleep is a bit broken but that is with all hackintoshes sadly!

Please Message me on this thread if you have any questions! Thanks!
