Kexts haven't loaded?

Hey guys, just got Monterey up and running on my x230 ThinkPad successfully. However I have a few problems.

1. Kexts not working - bluetooth works fine but wifi, and battery manager kext doesn't work.

2. Whenever I boot I see tons of lines that say ACPI error even though it boots successfully. Not sure why.

Could anyone help out?
