I have a working OpenCore 0.6.5 EFI after hours of work. I thought to share it.
Its ment for Z370 AORUS ULTRA GAMING WIFI, i7. I have removed the stock NVM bluetooth module and put a bluetooth card in it that is supported by apple natively.

Preparation:
- Download EFI Mount: https://github.com/corpnewt/MountEFI
- Download GenSMBIOS https://github.com/corpnewt/GenSMBIOS
- Download Big Sur from AppStore
- Download attached EFI, unzip it
