Video output drops when installing Big Sur with an Nvidia Quadro K600

Hi!

I'm upgrading our "family Hackintosh" to Big Sur and switching to OpenCore from Clover to match our other OpenCore based machine.

afaiui the Nvidia Quadro K600 GPU should still be supported for Big Sur (including Metal) - but whatever I try, I lose video output shortly after selecting "Install macOS" from OpenCore.

As a test I've swapped out the K600 for my main system's RX-580 and the install process works fine - so it certainly feels like something to do with the K600 GPU or its config.

I'm wondering if there a particular SystemProductName I should have set in config.plist , in order for the K600 GPU to be recognised? Currently it's iMac17,1 in PlatformInfo.
