opencore- how to boot macos without usb installer

I have installed Monterey on my laptop using opencore, but I cannot loaded unless my usb stickk is in.

I'v searched some tutorials and I created a new partion MS-DOS FAT type, 200 mb on the macos disk, outside the container. I named that partition EFI and copied the EFI folder from the usb stick to this partition. Still no go. DO I need to make that disk EFI pertition bootable or install a boot manager?
