Can I upgrade to Monterey from Bigsur from the OTA update in the settings menu?

Hello everyone, I am fairly new to this. I have a working sytem with BigSur.
CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 3500
GPU- RX 570 4GB

MB- Gigabyte B450 Gaming X

So I was wondering if I can simply run the updater app and do the update? Is there anything I have to change before doing so(if possible)?
