[HELP] Low utilization, high CPU frequency

Hi all!

For some reason my CPU frequency is very high while the utilization is super low. I can confirm that X86PlatformPlugin is attached and VoodooI2C is in Interrupt mode. Any suggestion to fix this issue would be extremely helpful!
