Anyone had issues with OCLP and Eset Cyber Security v.7?

On 3 MBPs spanning a 15-inch, 2016 and a 15-inch, 2014 both running Ventura 13.6 and a 13 inch, 2011 running Big Sur ... all running OCLP latest build, I have issues running Eset Cyber Security (not Pro) v.7. I have no issues running Eset v.6

What happens is that the Eset transparent proxy fails to load but keeps trying (and theres no turning it off or getting it to pause or unload or anything) and I loose all network access. Many reinstalls and fiddling with everything I could think of to no avail.

Luckily I can still install and run v.6 of Cyber Security, but who knows for how long.

Anyone have a any success or bright ideas on how to fix this?
