cannot get into macos ventura installer

hi, im new to hackintoshing and this is my first attempt at making a hackintosh.

im trying to install macos venutra.

so i boot into macos dmg from opencore after 30 seconds it starts getting into the macos installer but then it freezes on this screen:

motherboard: gigabyte b550 ds3h (rev 1.2)
cpu: ryzen 5 3600
gpu: radeon r7 260x 2gb
ram: 2x 8gb ddr4 3200mhz
drives: samsung 980 500gb (windows 11 installed on it)
adata sata ssd 120gb (planning to install macos ventura)
opencore version: 0.9.4-debug
simbios: MacPro7,1
ethernet: realtek gigabit ethernet
