After Upgrading to Sonoma, Apple Music Makes the Laptop Fan Spin Fast and Drains the Battery Quickly

Is it just me, or have you experienced it too? After upgrading to Sonoma using OCLP, the laptop fan immediately spins fast every time I play a song on Apple Music, and the battery drains until it can only be used for 2.5 hours. If I don't open Apple Music, the battery can last up to 5 hours.

I tried playing music on Spotify. It was very safe; the fan didn't spin as fast, and the battery lasted longer. I use a 2017 MacBook Air with Intel i5 and 8 GB RAM. Is there a solution? I have an Apple Music subscription and want to play lossless music. But it won't feel comfortable if Apple Music makes the laptop heat up working hard like this. I'm afraid my hardware will quickly be damaged. Thanks.
