How to go back to original EFI?

I tried building a hackintosh on my Dell Latitude 7490. I changed the EFI folder in that process. The hackintosh didn’t work so I went back to Windows. Now my laptop won’t wake up from sleep (keyboard’s backlight is on but screen doesn’t turn on).

I don’t have a backup of the original EFI folder. I tried a clean install of Windows again with no luck. How can I fix this?
