MavOS Sonoma and Opencore Legacy Patcher 1.0.1: Anyone else having issues with Time Machine Backups via WiFi on AirPort Extreme 6g with message “waiting for first backup to complete”?

It appears there is some issues with MacOS Time Machine backups regarding iCloud and the “optimize storage feature”, but the error I encounter regarding first backup appears to be an old issue linked to MacOS Monterey and Ventura per online.

Anyone know if this is related to OCLP, MacOS Sonoma or in regards to MacOS in general and “Failed to proactively acquire device lock assertion", or "Failed to acquire device lock assertion" errors that were patched and fixed by Apple in later Monterey and Ventura versions?

Any assistance or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Neither my 2012 9,1 or my 2013 10,1 MacBook Pro 15”s can backup currently on MacOS Sonoma and OCLP 1.0.1. Thanks!
