Sonoma iMessage and End to end encryption Issue

Did an almost completely perfect install of Sonoma from Ventura and while bluetooth being more finicky is one thing the inability to use the exact same iCloud and iMessage functions only in Ventura and below.Am using Intel WiFi card, have turned off Advanced data protection in iCloud.

Seeing so many successful updates, builds and Sonoma advances. Community is killing it but still somehow no one else seems to be experiencing this?
