Using MacOS Sonoma on Macbook Pro 2015 15”. What are your experiences as daily machine for all the task browsing and productivity performance.

Montrey is working fine for me, I am wondering if upgrading will slow my MacBook or destroy the battery life on this machine. And if I want to revert back to vanilla macos from legacy patcher, is it easy process or involves complications? :)
