Took me some time to figure out this was the cause lol.
With wifi disconnected (not disabled) sleep works fine, keyboard lights go off and power led changes colour indicating sleep.
With wifi connected only the screen goes to sleep, keyboard lights stay on and power led doesn't change colour.
I collected some logs of putting the system to sleep with pmset sleepnow and then get powerd sleep/wake messages. Clearing logs in between cycles. They are a bit different but I don't know why it's not sleeping when connected.
I'm using an Apple BCM94360CS2 I took out of an old Macbook. Which should be natively supported. When I boot into my 13.5 backup sleep works fine when connected to wifi.
Could this be a 13.6 bug that has nothing to do with hackintosh? I'm stumped by this haha.

Somehow there's a mention about a battery in the working sleep cycle, I have no battery but it is a mobile platform (NUC). There is also more output for the working cycle.
It seems to get stuck getting to sleep when connected. I left it for about 5-10 minutes and it wouldn't sleep. Once disconnected it sleeps in seconds.
Looking forward for any tips or hear from others who ran into this issue.
