Can't create a macOS Installer

1. On downloading an Installer anywhere throws "Read time out" error (bottom png)
2. I managed to download it couple of times just restarting manually on Mr.Macintosh's site and using wget. And during installation of .pkg it throws "Installation failed" error (right png) tho Installer does appear in Application folder.
3. Using that Installer OCLP throws "Install macOS Ventura.app does not appear to be a valid OS installer application" error (left png)

Yes, I tried to download Installer directly in OCLP many times several days, during morning/noon/evening/night. I tried some other sites even.
