Having An 802.11n During Setup

So I got an error about needing to have an internet connection to do setup and I searched and searched and found no drivers for the atheros qca9377 But I Have An 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card And I Got To Searching Drivers And Found Some But They Only Install When macOS Is Already Installed So If Someone Did More Research I'm Begging For Help
