i booted into usb flash to install mac os sierra 10.12 and it's stuck when i choose usb flash (external)

i booted into the usb flash And open core is showing

When i choose the first option it keeps stuck on this Choose the Operating System : ok When i choose the second one it says that mac os isn't supported there's not other entries to show [HideAuxiliary : false] I tried to boot to open core from my boot menu but it's the same problem
