Issues upgrading from Catalina

Hi All,

CPU: Ryzen TR 12 core 1920xGPU:

RAM: 48GB

Motherboard Model: MSI x399 SLI Plus Ethernet Card:Intel BIOS revision:latest

Currently have stable Catalina 10.15.7 working with no reported issues.

Trying to upgrade to something newer and supported and booting via USB EFI, log and video of kernel panic attached.

I have followed the OC guide and upgraded my EFI to the current version of OC and thats where my issues have started, just not sure where i have gone wrong. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
