Lenovo G40-80

Hi guys, I'm trying to install catalina on my Lenovo G40-80 (i5 5200u + 12GB RAM). I don't really understand how I create the bootable pendrive, so when it's time to boot, macOS starts but hangs on the apple screen, and it doesn't come out of it. Does anyone know how to help me do this installation, or is there a way for me to download the finished image and transfer it to the pendrive with the TransMac? Sorry for my bad English, I'm Brazilian, I don't speak English fluently
