Problem no name dmg

I have a laptop Lenovo t410 i5 6ram and want to install high Sierra on it. I do my USB custom for the correct one chip and version all of the page say I do whit an exception the bios has no the options that have UEFI sistems my bios is old (I do the process to old bios ) and the USB starts but one problem the keyboard integrated in Lenovo t420 doesn't work (I install the voodoo drivers but doesn't work) and if I have plug in the HDD with windows installed only shows 3 options of windows and plug out the HDd Appears a some options (image in post) but no appears Mac or high Sierra or similar only appears no name.dmg and select them and start the apple logo and them charging bar but dosent move (i dont know mode verbose dosen work i put the -v in the arts) so any have some ideas to do?
