Video Card Recommendations for MacPro5,1 running OCLP

Hi,

I have a 2012 Mac Pro 5,1. I currently run a PC RX 580 and it works fine in Mojave but has no boot screen. I need to update to a later version of MacOS to run some apps, so I decided to give OCLP a try. However, I thought this be a good time to upgrade my video card with one with a boot screen. I heard on a video or read somewhere that one doesn't necessarily have to buy a Mac Flashed video card to get the boot screen if using OCLP.

I also have a 4k 165Hz monitor and can only get 60Hz at 4k with my current video card.

I want to dual boot Windows for gaming.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a video card that will:

1. Run 4k higher than 60Hz?
2. Fastest Windows gaming performance.
3. No power modification requirement.
4. Boot screen so I can choose Windows or macOS on start-up.
