Cannot boot to installer

Hi guys! I currently have Monterey 12.6.8 running on my Dell E5470. I created a new USB installer for Sonoma but when I chose boot from USB -> macOS Installer, the progress bar loading a little bit then my laptop restart again. Anyone have ideas about my issue? Thanks
