Can't install EFI to SSD

I can boot from a USB thumbdrive that has an EFI boot on it. But after using OCLP to install EFI boot to the main drive, if I try to boot from the main SSD, I still get the black boot screen of death. It's as if OCLP never installed it's EFI.

Any ideas? It was working before...

OCLP 1.4.3, A1502 13" MBP 2015. Ventura.
