How do these parts look for stable 14700k z790 Sonoma build?

The two GPUs are to run AMD on Mac NVIDIA on windows.

Mac and Windows on separate drives.

Networking - I don't need airdrop, BT, continuity. Also I want SIP enabled. I suppose I need to use chris1111 driver for T4U?

I understand sleep can be tricky with 14700k. Read that closely following USB mapping can help with that.

What sort of spoofing will I need to do? Is 14700k supposed to be spoofed as 14700kf? I only chose k version because would like to have quicksync available on windows. But if it is more hassle than worth I will go with kf.

I know cooling is major issue with 14700k, so hoping that such a build won't break necessary thermal management functions?

RAM - will enabling XMP break anything?
