If you would buy an AMD GPU on Aliexpress, which one you would choose?

Hello, I have an RX 580 2048SP which sadly is very problematic for Hackintosh stuff, i'm still trying to find a safe way to fix this issue (even if my hopes are very low) but I was thinking to save some money to buy another AMD GPU on the future. The problem is, my only option is only the GPUs availble on chinese websites, I cannot buy things in normal websites because they are too expensive to me, Aliexpress and others chineses websites are my best option. If you would choose to buy on Aliexpress, what precautions you would do? which things you would consider before buying and which models should be the best and more safe to buy? i'm thinking to buy an RX 5500 for me because most of them seems to have a good price.
