I have a perfectly working i9 10850k Hackintosh working since 2019, currently on Sonoma 14.2.1 and OC 0.9.9.
After turning it on today, I'm stuck in a loop where OC picker sees all partitions and lets me pick one but after selecting the default Mac partition as always, it goes black for a couple of seconds and then just reloads the OC picker. There is NO reset/reboot, it just loads the picker again right on.
I'm able to get to recovery, Disk Aid completes on everything without issues.
Tried, didn't fix/work: - holding SHIFT for Safe mode - adding -v to boot args for verbose mode. No text on screen whatsoever - a different OC backup and USB stick - "NVRAM reset" from the OC picker
It has been so long since I made this Hack and been solving any issues, I don't remember anymore: can I just run Reinstall from Recovery? Or any other tips? Thanks!
I so have a recent TM backup but that's unreliable and slow to restore (1TB from a HDD) so I'd like different venues first.
