Sonoma Update Keeps Restarting at Verbose Boot Screen

Boot Arg and RestrictEventKext added I disabled all Bluetooth and LAN Kext Added V5 alpha Intel Wifi Kext

(Ventura runs fine without wifi but Sonoma won't install)
