Ice lake latop ventura install issue, stuck on logo/verbose letters, please help.

I apologize i had to delete the original post but i made a mess trying to upload new pictures and code.
So i have an ice lake laptop
hp dy 15
i7 10th gen with intel iris plus graphics.
The weird thing is , the efi im using was working before, i had to make the laptop full windows for job purposes, then since i got me another pc, i wanted to go back to mac ventura, but somehow is not working. Bios settings are the same, secure boot boot off, intel sgx off, no tpm, and the rest according to dortania guide.
I had played with The graphics settings and patches to no different result.
I know the installation was successful as i can hear the voice assistant , and i even set up the computer using the voice commands to a noo good result.
I ran out of ideas, i really appreciate any help provided.
