Installation of Sonoma on Z490 10700K

Hello all,

I am back and would like to install Sonoma on my PC, but can't seem to make it even boot from the installation stick.
I tried with Monterey in the past but I ran out of time and gave up on the hackintosh and sticked to my old faithful MBP 15 2015.

However, I would like to try again and any help is highly welcome and appreciated.
I will start by posting my config below
