Issue with both MacOS X 10.8 and 10.8 usb installer on Mac Pro 5,1 with OCLP

On my Mac Pro 5,1 I have an install of Mac os Monterey and Mountain Lion, but recently when I try to boot into Mountain Lion I get the Ghostbusters Symbol. Same with an install USB for 10.8 I made. How do I fix this?
