macOS Monterey on Lenovo ThinkCentre M900 SFF (SkyLake)

A successful installation of macOS Monterey on SkyLake Desktop.
What works:
Ethernet
USB Ports
Audio
Power Management
HW acceleration

What doesn't:
Nothing yet

I was trying to install Sonoma on I couldn't (HW acceleration wasn't working)
If any one of you has any ideas please let me know in the comments..
