Which macOS version would be the best to install with OpenCore on my hardware?

My specs: • Laptop: Dell Latitude E6230

• CPU: Intel Core i5-3220M

• GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000

• Ram: 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 x2 = 8GB

• WiFi card: Intel AC 7260

I see that my laptop can run Big Sur but don’t know if macOS Big Sur would be slow on hardware.
