Need help, looking to build a dual boot hackintosh / windows

Hi, i'm new to hackintosh but I'm looking to build a dual boot hackintosh / windows. I want it to be able to support high-end gaming on the windows side. I need a list of parts and what MacOS would be supported. Thank you so much!
