Error seen while trying to install Ventura OS on my 2014 MBP

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to install Ventura on my 2014 MBP following the steps in the youtube video by Anson Alexander: How to Install macOS Sonoma on Unsupported Macs.

While installing, I get the below error when OpenCore Legacy is creating installer.
Any help/guidance will be appreciated. Thanks!
