Sequoia installed from another hackintosh

I used the same EFI as my Sonoma and it worked flawlessly

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: 3080Ti (My university has spare GT730's that I might be able to get my hands on)
RAM: 32GB 3000 Mhz Corsair Vengence
Motherboard: MSI X470 Gaming Plus Max

However, I do have a question for people that are reading this:
If I have both 3080Ti and GT730 plugged in, and both plugged into my monitor (my monitor has auto detect), will MacOS primarily use the GT730 after I install the drivers, or will I have to disconnect the 3080Ti cable from the monitor for it to be the 'main gpu' (as the 3080Ti is in the topmost PCIe slot)?
